⚠️Field lock this week — deadlines
We're locking in the Trident Cup field this week Thursday, July 30, 6:00 PM — free-agent reserve releases. One slot has been held for a team formed from the free-agent pool. If not, enough free agents remain to form a team of three before Thursday 6:00 PM, that slot opens to the next team in the signup queue. Friday, July 31, 8:00 PM — payment deadline. Approved teams must have their $45 team fee in by this time. Teams approved after July 29 get 48 hours from their approval email. Unpaid teams forfeit their spot to the next team in line. Saturday, August 1 — signups close and the final field is locked.

How the field is selected
- • 6 team slots — teams are reviewed in the order submitted.
- • A team asked to make changes keeps its place in line for 48 hours.
- • If a team withdraws, the first team on the waitlist is offered the spot.
- • Signed up before the date was picked? You're still in even if you voted for a different day — you confirm your availability when your team comes together.
- • No team? Sign up as a free agent — see who else is in the pool on the register page and team up.
